-is basically a fast paced hard practice with high intensity to push the players to the next level.
This is a practice that we can discuss what kind of drills you would like to include and where the main focus should be.
You can combine different topics, but it is better to keep it down to 1 or 2 topics a practice, (keep it simple) so that the players get a greater understanding of the theme.
Bringing in the Canadian mentality with shooting and rebound drills to aggressive offensive options and forechecking concepts.
Mental toughness is not something you are born with, it is an acquired skill just like skating, shooting or passing and needs to be practiced.
We can introduce your team or individual players to our mental toughness program that can be worked on in daily practices and at home.
Introducing your players to the routines that are necessary to prepare for games is an important step for developing youth in both mental & physical aspects.
By using our unique evaluation technics you also have the possibility of giving immediate feedback to the player and/or their parents regarding the players performance and what needs to be worked on.
