The major goals of PSS are to enhance skills and reduce stress of uncertainty by developing players to be more capable and focused.

These goals will be achieved through the the following shared characteristics: collaboration, discipline, support, trust, diversity, personal growth as well as  360 degree feedback and coaching experiences which are critical to you or your child’s success as a player.

Before signing up, players are directed to take a confidential self-assessment. Our self-assessment will help you better understand yourself and how coaches view you.

A PSS mentor will then meet with you to review the quiz and offer suggestions or help in different areas that might need improving.

Once this occurs, members will be allowed to explore our whole program and take advantage of everything we have to offer. Take your pick of our large diverse programs - all for your developmental needs.

PSS is available to pre-scheduled meetings. Our proteges will never have to wait to meet a mentor, because we have “the online help you need, just in time.”
